New Patients

Please check that your home address falls within the boundaries of our Practice area by viewing our practice boundary map.

If you visit the practice, you should bring your medical card with you if you have it and the reception staff will also ask you to complete a “New Patient Registration Form“. The receptionist will then book you an appointment with a Practice Nurse for a “New Patient Medical”.  We require all new patients to undertake this important medical as it gives us the opportunity to review your medical history with you and to gauge any future needs that we may need to consider in planning your health care.

New registrations do not need to be booked, and can be dealt with at any time that the Practice is open. However, it is usually quieter after 11am and you are advised to try and come after this time if possible.
