Organ Donation Week is a crucial awareness campaign that shines a light on the importance of organ donation and encourages open conversations about life-saving decisions. We understand how vital organ transplants are for those affected by kidney disease, and we fully support initiatives that help increase the number of registered donors.
Sadly, someone will die today waiting for a transplant, and most of us would accept an organ if we needed one. It takes just 2 minutes for someone to confirm their decision on the NHS Organ Donor Register.
